EISI ensures all of our instructors have obtained (as a minimum) an Instructor Certification from an accredited agency: i.e., International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Defense (DoD), California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI), American Red Cross (ARC), or American Heart (AH).
We ensure our instructors can and do impart all information accurately, precisely, and professionally. We are committed to more than just regulation compliance, but offer a true hands-on ability upon completion of our courses.
Effectiveness of Training EISI offers the widest variety of courses available anywhere to assist you in your compliance needs. We will adjust the courses to meet your needs as long as the intent of the regulation is still met, and the minimum requirement is adhered to.
Courses are continuously being revised and updated as the regulations and standards are changed and updated to meet the most current requirements. We use lecture, audio/visual presentations, games, and hands-on instruction to ensure a complete understanding and working knowledge of the course. All students must demonstrate through either a written test, a practical performance, or a combination of both as required by the certifying agency.
